Item is NIB (New In Box). The clear portion on the front of the box does show scratches, creases and/or minimal wear & the seam where the plastic attaches to the box was not attached (as shown in the first 3 photos) but it is now held in place with clear tape (as shown in the 5th photo). The box does show wear & does have minimal tearing/creased spots (noticable in the photos) but the items themselves all in-tact & in perfect condition. Kens Trick-Or-Treat Bag has fallen from his arm but is inside the box (as shown in last photo).
