Used = Any product/item that has been removed from it's original packaging/has been

unsealed, no longer has it's original tags and/or has been worn, utilized or displayed at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, any product/item described within the product/item listing

description as New, Near New, Gently Used, Like New, etc..

All Used items are sold "AS-IS", all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless otherwise stated within the product/item listing description.

make sure all listings detail any and all product/item flaws within the listing description,

however, as Alexander Pope said, "To err is human" and therefore, if you feel you have received

an item that was improperly described, we ask that you contact us via email within 24 hours of

receipt of your purchase & allow us to try and resolve any issue you may have. *
