Mississippi Belle / Spirit of Dubuque Iridescent Decorative Plate. Hang it on the wall, display it on a plate stand or use it to eat off of (but who would want to?). This is a fantastic piece of Historical decor for anyone who's into Riverboats. The plate has gold trim around the edging and the wider inside trim is iridescent and depending on how the light hits it, it could look blue or purplish (as shown in the photos).

Originally sold at Roberts, in Dubuque, Iowa, this plate is an amazing representation of history. The Celebration Belle, originally called the Mississippi Belle, is a riverboat on the Mississippi River based in Dubuque, Iowa. The Spirit of Dubuque was an authentic dual paddlewheeler, which, after 40 seasons (1977-2016) in Dubuque, IA, was sold to a new operator in Cincinnati, OH.
